Our program is designed for individuals who already are at the varsity level or those who aspire to reach it. We’re not here to offer just another workout routine; we’re here to ignite your passion, fuel your growth mindset, and guide you on a journey towards excellence. The ideal candidate for our program possesses the drive to be the best, an unwavering growth mindset, and an unrelenting determination to achieve their goals.


We understand that not all athletes are created equal in terms of mindset and maturity. Our program is not for those who haven’t yet developed the maturity to commit to a rigorous training regime, or for athletes whose parents prioritize their success over their personal growth. For those individuals, we offer our Early Teens Group Fitness Class – a perfect starting point to build the foundation of a growth mindset.


Ever heard the saying, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with”? In the world of sports, this holds true. That’s why we emphasize the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people – both fellow athletes and coaches. Our small-group instruction sessions, conducted multiple times a week, provide not only physical training but also mental strength development, nutrition education, and recovery strategies. This holistic approach propels you on an exponential trajectory, setting you apart from your peers.

6 Week Sessions Are Composed Of:

- Small Group Strength & Conditioning:

12 sessions, 60 minutes each, twice a week, to enhance your physical performance.

- Personalized Training:

4 sessions, 30 minutes each, customized to your sport and your unique strengths.

- High Accountability:

We’re with you every step of the way, holding you accountable to your goals.

- Lifestyle Coaching & Habit Tracker:

We’ll help you cultivate habits that support your growth on and off the field.

- Performance & Nutrition Tracking:

Monitor your progress and optimize your nutrition for peak performance.

- Recovery Guide:

Learn the importance of recovery and how to incorporate it effectively into your routine.

- Additional Home Workouts:

Supplement your training with two extra sessions per week.

- Single-Sex Groups:

All groups are either all-female or all-male, with coaches of the same gender.

- Not simply CrossFit.

This program includes power and strength development, speed & agility, injury prevention, and accessory work to keep their bodies strong, all developed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS – Coach Brittany, also a D1 athlete). The 30 minute personal training sessions are customized to the athletes sport of choice.

The value of this transformative program is unquestionable, valued at $1,300. However, we’re committed to making it accessible. You can secure your spot for just $999, or choose our installment option of three payments of $333.33 every two weeks.

We’re so confident in the effectiveness of our program that we offer a guarantee. At the end of the session, if your athlete hasn’t set new personal records in deadlift, back squat, and bench press, we’ll continue to train them until they do. To be eligible for this guarantee, your athlete must attend 14 or more sessions.
